American Football star hit with protection order

An order of protection against Arizona Cardinals star wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald was filed Oct. 31 by his longtime girlfriend and mother of their child, according to the woman’s attorney and court records.

This american football star,Fitzgerald, aged 25, of Phoenix,currently not facing any criminal charges for an alleged domestic incident that took place Oct. 28. Howerver a Coconino County Superior Court judge had issued an order of protection.

According to the court,Nazario alleges that Fitzgerald grabbed the back of her neck and pushed her to the floor.Adding to the scenario,Nazario said she swung at Fitzgerald and may have hit him in the face, according to the court documents.

Coconino County Superior Court Judge Elaine Friedlund Horn granted Nazario the order of protection.

Nazario, who have been 5 year already with Fitzgerald, had filed a paternity action lawsuit against him in 2007 before their son was born on Jan. 8, 2008

Although Fitzgerald is permitted to have custody of the child one day a week, the order of protection restricts him from being around her and limits communication with her to e-mails.
