Tim Tebow and John 3:16

First of all, congratulations to the Florida Gators on winning the BCS National Championship(BCS Champions) by beating Oklahoma Sooners 24 to 14.The hero for the Florida Gators is quarterback Tim Tebow

While watching the championship game last night you may have noticed something written in white on Tim Tebow's eye black: "John" it said on his right eye.Meanwhile a number "3:16" on his left.

Tebow is the son of Christian missionaries and, with the opportunity to play before a national TV audience of millions and millions, he wanted to do his part in saving some souls.

This is not the first time Tebow has done this either. He has also gone on the field with "Phil 4:13" written under his eyes, as well.

As far as the game goes, the high-scoring shootout between Heisman Trophy winners never materialized. Oklahoma's Sam Bradford couldn't score from in close and Tebow threw two interceptions, the figure he had all season.

Tebow, however, would shake off those two miserable throws to rescue the top-ranked Gators (13-1). He would lead them on a game winning drive to the clinching score - a jump pass for a 4-yard touchdown to David Nelson with 3:07 to play that made it 24-14.
