Dallas officials nab scammers outside Cotton Bowl

The action is happened inside Dallas' Fair Park, where Texas Tech and Ole Miss are playing in the annual AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic football game within the Cotton Bowl stadium.

However,Dallas City Hall officials are busy outside the area, having already issued a pair of criminal citations to men taking money from unsuspecting motorists, then parking them on vacant lots they do not own.

An officer form Public Works and Transportation Department official, Paul Currington tells that city transportation workers approached two men illegally parking motorists along East Grand Avenue and McKenzie Street, then chased them around a corner when they fled the scene.

City officials will continue to monitor this location, as well as others, throughout the day, Mr. Currington added.
